Setting an Alternate Voicemail Greeting

 

1. From any school phone, dial extension 8700
2. If prompted for a PIN, press *
3. Press * to log in
4. Enter your ID, which is your phone extension (this can be found here)
5. Press #
6. Enter your PIN (default is 1234 or 0000), email us if you need it reset
7. Press #
8. If this is the first time logging in, follow the prompts to setup your voicemail
9. Review your voicemails (3 is delete)
10. Press 4 for Setup options
11. Press 1 to change your greeting
12. Press 2 to pick the alternate greeting
13. Press # to leave on indefinitely
14. Press 1 to record the alt greeting
15. Press # when finished recording

For summer break, we suggest: 

You have reached the voicemail of (your first and last name). Please be advised that summer break is Friday, June 8th, 2019 through Monday, August 26th, 2019. During this time, I may have limited access to email, voicemail, or phone calls. Please contact the main office at [phone] should you require immediate assistance.
